From 12 to 18 October the locals of the Fondazione Istituto Morcelliano hosted the youth exchange “Breakfast Culture Club”, promoted by Youmore Morcelli Giovani. Groups from the UK, Portugal, Croatia and Italy met to realize the project, which was started in 2014 thanks to the meeting among those who then became the actual creators of the initiative: Sona Arevshatyan, who represented Italy, Joao Carapina, Portugal’s representative, Ivana Kardum from Croatia and Dannet Gittens from Great Britain.
The theme chosen for the project helped young people compare different cultures, lifestyles, rituals and eating habits through breakfast. Every morning each country prepared their typical breakfast, using typical ingredients brought from the country of origin. At the end of the project through some laboratories, workshops and various kinds of experience, it was offered the most nutritious, healthy, affordable and original breakfast. The participation of some students of the high school Einaudi of Chiari was the significant point of the 
project.
On 15 October participants had also opportunity to be guests during the dinner evening of some local families. The day after, their children, being teenagers, accompanied participants of the youth exchange to Brescia to show them the best and the most beautiful places of the city. On 17 October it was the final party with the intercultural evening where each country presented their typical products. The local families were also invited at the intercultural party as guests of the evening.
