The experience of three teachers from Chiari high school “Einaudi”

The projects which concentrate on youth mobility offer a possibility to get new abilities and professional competences. Such experience can be found in international events like seminars, training courses, language exchange groups and job shadowing activities. The projects also help to increase the work quality and the role of youth in Europe.
summit-berlino-1Erasmus+ is a programm of European community which focuses on raising the work opportunities for young people in different fields like trainings, youth exchanges and youth and sport. The Erasmus+ aim is improving the key competencies, increasing work opportunities for young persons, promotion of “active citizen” status, the social inclusion. Another important task is to encourage young people in different activities in all levels: local, national and international.
The seminar “BePartSummit2016” in which we have participated, was hold in Berlin during 3 days: 13-16 November. The seminar was financed by Jugenbeteiligung service e.V in collaboration with other agencies among them was Fondazione Istituto Morcelliano from Chiari.
There were 46 participants from different European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Macedonia, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg and Malta.
The summit was organized inboard Erasmus+ programm, providing concrete objects for discussions: the jobs for youth in European community and youth policy. During the discussion the participants could work on new ideas about the new ways of developing work opportunities and youth policy.
The objects of the project were the creation of one platform for meeting and knowledge exchange, open discussions, building collaborations about European projects, getting new information in E-Participation online.
The content and the main activity of the projects started with the ssummit-berlino-3elf-presentation, sharing the experience, the activity of perception the difficulties and problems facing during digital participation, encourage the participants to work with each other building the base for the future collaboration.
The activities were led by Sven Retorè and Linnea Riensberg.
As the result, we must promote and reinforce the development of E-participation of European community and ask the three-years finance for increasing the strategies among participants, administrative persons and experts of the event.
We can confirm that we improved our key competencies as foreign languages, math competency, science and technology, digital competency, learning to learn, social and civil competency, initiative, cultural competency and others regard to the project.
In conclusion, the experience is extremely informative and useful, we had the chance to meet our colleagues from different parts of Europe and together we could exchange our ideas and increase our work experience.
