Students from the high school “L.Einaudi” are in Spain

During one week, 1 December – 8 December 2016, a group from Chiari high school ”Einaudi” participated in the Erasmus+ project which was organized in Spain in Andalusa, Lucena.
6 Italian students were accompanied by a teacher, who was a group leader for them. Together we worked with other youngsters from different European countries as Bulgaria, Spain, Romania and Greece. In total the work group included 40 participants and the project title was “I don’t have a job, but I am working on it”.
Lucena is a wonderful city, located between Siviglia and Malaga. Javi, the project manager, welcomed us to his cultural centre, which was a typical structure for this city. Continue reading

YE in Germany with students from the high school “L.EINAUDI”

During the period 8 – 16 November the high school “L. Einaudi” had the opportunity to join the project “Somewhere I belong” which was hold in Sottrum (Bremen), Germany. The project was organized within the Erasmus+ program and it was fund by European Union. We could participate in this event thanks to Fondazione Istituto Morcelliano, a European partner.
In this project there were presented also other countries, among the participants there were young people from Germany, Macedonia, Greece and Lithuania. Continue reading

From Italy to Lithuania with love

3 October 2016 I started my European Volunteer Service in Kaunas, Lithuania. Before departure I was full of different expectations, fears and anxiety. I was asked: “Are you sure you want to do it?” And now I am asking myself why I did not think about it before. Nowadays a lot of people ask me where Lithuania is and if it really exists.
Yes, Lithuania exists and this country is rich with its traditions, landscapes and wonderful people. I have stayed here almost 3 months and now I am in the middle of my project and I do not regret at all my decision of doing EVS. And for that I would like to thank Youmore Morcelli Giovani, and first of all Justina Krauledaitė. Continue reading

Youth mobility in Europe

The experience of three teachers from Chiari high school “Einaudi”

The projects which concentrate on youth mobility offer a possibility to get new abilities and professional competences. Such experience can be found in international events like seminars, training courses, language exchange groups and job shadowing activities. The projects also help to increase the work quality and the role of youth in Europe.
Erasmus+ is a programm of European community which focuses on raising the work opportunities for young people in different fields like trainings, youth exchanges and youth and sport. Continue reading

Pordenone. October 25 – 28. The meeting for Eurodesk agencies.

Sona Arevshatyan has represented Youmore Morcelli Giovani during annual meeting for Italian Eurodesk agencies which was organized in Pordenone from 25 until 28 October. The participants were working intensively during these 3 days, and their attention was focused on new methods which would fully describe the activity of Eurodesk in 2017. Among the important appointments of the meeting, there was a particular discussion about 30 year anniversary of Eurodesk in 2017. Definitely there will be organized a lot of events regards to this event. As always in May there will be a week dedicated to youth, and in October – the event “Time to Move”. Continue reading

October 24-27, Trieste. European Multipliers Seminar

From 24 to 27 October in Trieste there was an annual meeting “European Multipliers Seminar”, where every nation was presented only by 3 representatives. Among Italian representatives was also Youmore Morcelli Giovani, national Eurodesk office in Chiari. The participants of this event had a chance to meet their colleagues from other European countries during different workshops.Trieste is a host city for all delegations and it has confirmed its vocation – the European city. In the beginning of the work there was a greet speech from Eurodesk president Ramon Magi, who has been hosted in Chiari. Continue reading

Youth Exchange of 7 days in the Czech Republic

25 October 2016

October 10 – 17 five students from Chiari high school “Einaudi” with their teacher Marina Valotti had the opportunity to travel abroad. They joined the project BETA “Bringing Europe Together through Art”. The art was a key-word of this meeting and a union of European cultures. The event was held in the Czech Republic in a small town Radikov close to Olomouc. There were presented youngsters from Serbia, Turkey, Portugal and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The program Erasmus Plus is oriented on young people between 15 and 30 years who have some knowledge of English, because this language is the only one which is used during activities. Youth Exchange “BCC: Breakfast Culture Club” with Youmore

21 October 2016

From 12 to 18 October the locals of the Fondazione Istituto Morcelliano hosted the youth exchange “Breakfast Culture Club”, promoted by Youmore Morcelli Giovani. Groups from the UK, Portugal, Croatia and Italy met to realize the project, which was started in 2014 thanks to the meeting among those who then became the actual creators of the initiative: Sona Arevshatyan, who represented Italy, Joao Carapina, Portugal’s representative, Ivana Kardum from Croatia and Dannet Gittens from Great Britain. Trainig Day Erasmus+ 2016 in Chiari with Youmore

6 October 2016

The training day was hold on 30 September in the Fondazione Istituto Morcelliano in Youth Centre 2000 in Chiari (Brescia). The training was organized with the Erasmus+ National Agency ISFOL – national agency for educational and professional trainings. Last training day was also formed in Chiari by Youmore in collaboration with Erasmus+ National Agency Indire and the main topic was about mobility and cooperation through the projects and eTwinning platform.
