IT WAS AMAZING

Amazing: surprising, astonishing, stunning, astounding.

Was it waiting for me? Who are the people I am supposed to share this trip with? Will I find anything good to eat? Should I actually share my room with a stranger? And a bathroom with 25 people who I don’t know? Will I be able to communicate? These are questions we started our trip with.

When are we going? This was the only question on our minds before the trip.

A thing that happened in the middle is a wonderful story, and we thank Youmore Morcelli Giovani for promoting projects addressing young people in the field of the ErasmusPlus community programme completely funded by European Commission. Continue reading

With Federica Turotti of Chiari in Izmir, Turkey, thanks to the “We will call you” project by Youmore Morcelli Giovani, during April 17th – 27th

Twenty-three year old young girl from Chiari, studying Law at the University of Brescia, Federica Turotti, was part of the international project “We will call you”, coordinated by the Youmore Morcelli Giovani’s Project Manager, Justina Krauledaitė and which took place at Izmir, Turkey, from 17th till 27th of April. Upon her return from Turkey, Federica has not hesitated to call this experience beautiful. At this project participated a total of forty young university students, aged 18 to 25 years old from Greece, Turkey, Romania, and Slovakia, while the Italian group included, in addition to our participant from Chiari, three young men from Rome, one from Bologna and two from Turin, including the group leader, Paolo Emilio. “By participating in this European exchange project, “We will call you”, was also the first time I went abroad – said Federica. I travelled by air from Orio al Serio with a stopover in Istanbul and from there to the final destination, in Izmir. I can say that I went to discover Turkey not just from a tourist point of view. Youth exchange of 10 days in Zaragoza in Spain is waiting for you!

Youmore Morcelli Giovani offers a splendid possibility for a youth exchange of 10 days in Zaragoza (Spain)
The dates: September, 2015
The title: Youth on the Way
Venue: Zaragoza, Spain
Number of participants per country: 7 (6 + 1 group leader)
Participating countries: Italy, Spain, Romania, Austria

Accomodation and food are covered 100 %, after the project will be reimbursed 80 % travel cost.

About the project:

“Youth on the Way” is a travelling youth exchange of social, cultural and environmental commitment where 28 participants will go through the Aragonese way of St. James (Camino de Santiago Aragonés). Tools and activities of the project will be based on ice-breakers – energizers, cultural evenings, treasure hunt – adventure games, outdoor activities, team building, debate, quiz and a lot of surprises… Continue reading

„We grow Leaders for Europe“. Giulia, Cristiana and Valeria, pioneers from Chiari in Lithuania for the first international project of Youmore Morcelli Giovani

Twenty years old and participating in the Erasmus Plus project with Youmore Morcelli Giovani: this is in short the experience that three young students from Chiari lived between March 28th and April 8th, when, during the Easter school break, have joined a European exchange project in Kaunas, Lithuania, themed „We grow Leaders for Europe“ and thus, kicking off the programming developed by Youmore Morcelli Giovani in Chiari. The PLUS makes the difference in Erasmus with Youmore Morcelli Giovani. New projects 2015.

From the 1st January 2014 Erasmus Plus is the new mobility program of the European Union for education, training, the youth and sport for young people for 2014-2020. The goal is to increase mobility in the field of learning in Europe, also promoting the youth employment: thanks to Erasmus Plus, more than 4 million young people will benefit European grants for study, they will be able to do volunteering, to take part in different trainings and in sports activities in another European country.
http://www.erasmusplus.it/ is the site of Italian Erasmus Plus while the link http://www.erasmusplus.it/?page_id=32 presents, as the only official website in Italian, all the “key activities” in program.

Youmore Morcelli Giovani in Chiari in 2015 promotes initiatives in the context of the “business-key 1” relating the Individual mobility with the purposes of learning and, in particular, the area of “Youth in Action” through “Youth Exchanges and EVS”. All projects are elaborated, planned and coordinated by Youmore Morcelli Giovani.
