
Spending eight days on an Erasmus project in Italy was an enriching experience, off ering a vibrant exchange of cultures among participants from Sweden, Spain, Latvia, and Italy. Each day was filled with activities and workshops aimed at fostering cultural understanding and collaboration. We learned about History and Geography, Green practices and Language; also we have deepened our understanding of traditional cuisine through cooking and have created social media content as you can see in the Interculture Recipe Book we have made.

From the Swedes, we learned about their traditions, cuisine, and the Swedish way of life, which emphasizes sustainability and social welfare. The Spanish participants introduced us to their cheerful traditions, fl amenco dance, and the rich history that shapes their modern culture. The Latvians shared their unique folklore, traditional dances, and the signifi cance of their natural landscapes in everyday life.
