On Friday 29th of May Youmore Morcelli Giovani project coordinator and representative of local Agency of Eurodesk (Via San Sebastiano 1, Chiari) Justina Krauledaitė participated in the national meeting „Project Management Monitoring Activity“ which was organized by National Agency for Youth. The meeting took place in „“ in the capital city of Italy – Rome. The aim of this meeting was to monitor approved mobility projects which received grants for their activities after February‘s deadline in 2015.In the national meeting participated more than 70 project coordinators coming from all over Italy. According to their interest areas, they were divided in half: who are working with youth exchanges and mobility of youth workers (training courses, seminars ecc.). Project coordinator from Youmore Morcelli Giovani was invited after successful implementation of “Newcomers in Erasmus Plus-Preparing for Quality Mobility Projects” training course which was held from 19 to 26 of April 2015 at CG 2000, in Chiari. „As the only foreigner among all Italians in the meeting – said the project coordinator Justina Krauledaitė – I presented our activities and the objectives of our organized training course. It was a huge success and more importantly, it was our first organized this type of event! It seemed that representatives of National Agency for Youth apprecciated our efforts“.
„Project Management Monitoring Activity“ meeting in Rome together with other regional project coordinators also served as averification of different organizational aspects such as logistics, mobiliy tool, selection of participants, travel costs, language barrier, financial support, different level of knowledge and many others. The quality work of trainers who are responsible for the activities and involment of people from local comunities, put a significant role in Chiari and Brescia areas. This helps to understand the needs of the young generation and help to open doors to the next European level. From autumn National Agency for Youth is preparing an on-line platform which will be used also as a wide-range transparency tool. In the data base will be included all approved projects who received grants, the summaries will be in English.
