The Youth Centre CG2000 of Chiari (Bs) will host the training course “Newcomers in Erasmus Plus – Preparing for Quality Mobility Projects” within Erasmus Plus program organised by Youmore Morcelli Giovani.
The participants who have been accepted after a long selection among 190 applications will take part into the project from 19-26 of April 2015.
The project is focused on preparing youth workers to be able to develop quality mobility projects within the Erasmus Plus program. In this line we expect to have participants who are working as project managers and youth workers together going through the process of project cycle management and as well discussing about the inclusiveness of the projects for youth with fewer opportunities.
This Training Course (published also on SALTO YOUTH NETWORK ) is for 18 participants from Belgium – DE, Belgium – FL, Belgium – FR, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Poland, Romania.
The main aim is to develop competences of youth workers enabling them to design and implement effective Erasmus Plus mobility projects and foster social cohesion in their local communities through active involvement of local youth.
The organisation covers 100 % of accommodation and food. Travel costs will be reimbursed by the maximum amount as indicated in the distance calculator of the EU depending per country.
Aim of the project:
– To increase the quality of mobility projects for young people who have never been involved in non-formal learning activities
– To support inclusive project development which will ultimately increase the motivation of the youth to be active
– To provide space for networking between youth mobility providers and youth policy makers in order to support quality impact of the youth mobility projects
– To promote Erasmus Plus programme to new users of the programme and support them in adding value to the youth activities they are offering
