Youmore Morcelli Giovani offers a splendid possibility for six active youngsters of 10 days youth exchange in Kaunas (Lithuania).
The dates: 29 of March – 8 of April (travel dates 28 of March – 9 of April)
The title: WeGrow Leaders for Europe
Venue: Kaunas, Lithunia
Number of participants per country: 6 (5 + 1 group leader)
Participating countries: Lithuania, Italy, Turkey, Portugal, Czech Republic (5 countries)
Accomodation and food are covered 100 %, after the project will be reimbursed 80 % travel cost.
About the project:
Program includes tasks which will stimulate leadership. It will help young people integrate easier in work market and motivate set the goals by concretizing future plans. The goal of this project is to change this attitude and put the accent on leadership as ability to surpass yourself each day, while reaching the goals in individual and professional life.
Requirements for participants:
- Age limit 18-25 years old (for group leader there is no age limit)
- Basic knowledge of English language
- Big motivation, active participation during the progect.
